In this role, you will be joining a small and agile team managing the launch of a decentralized public ledger for ecological health. You will interface with product teams working across our full tech stack (Regen Registry, the Regen Network website, among others), to create user experiences for farmers, land stewards, and the buyers funding next-gen climate solutions. You will participate in content generation, generating user requirements, documentation of tools and connect our engineering team to the reality of our users, and our users and community to the reality of our technology and science.

We are currently looking for applicants in European or US time zones (where the tech team currently is located) to allow for good communication and minimal scheduling issues.

  • Interfacing between the marketing team and engineering team to plan communications about releases etc.
  • Oversight of technical tweeting and messaging related to an “open source built-in public” approach to technology and science.
  • Planning hackathons, testnets, and other opportunities for engaging with our codebase and tools
  • Managing the creation of docs for our prosumer stakeholders (validators, scientists, project developers/credit class designers)
  • Engaging ecosystem partners in plans for interoperability and partnership that is mutually beneficial
  • Directly working with and supporting our Chief Regeneration Officer, Technical Product Lead, and Marketing Team
  • Managing projects that involve coordination with internals & externals in preparation for our mainnet launch, such as: Taking the lead in final touches to execute phase 1 of of the community staking dao program, Collaboration on the drafting and execution of an exchange strategy (DeFi and CeFI), Planning and executing a new climate accounting working group open to the community. , Token swaps & community token dispersal


  • You’re a self-starter and can work well in a decentralized (literally!) team – we’re spread across 9 time zones
  • You thrive in a complex environment
  • You’re excited about joining a team with a strong culture of self-reflection and capacity building — we take a lot of inspiration from Carol Sanford’s Regenerative Business work
  • You can explain bitcoin to your grandparents
  • You are able to manage multiple lines of communication
  • You can understand Proof of Stake and explain it to anyone who knows basics about bitcoin and blockchain (including your grandparents)
  • You are able to manage complexity without being overwhelmed and while keeping a great working attitude
  • You are skilled and using Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Threaded Forums, Slack, Markdown Docs, Zoom meetings
  • You can compose and publish blogs and docs distilling complex information in a timely fashion.
  • You can describe the importance of natural climate solutions, regenerative agriculture, and the role of transparency in healthy markets
  • Good written & verbal communication in English
  • Previous experience working remotely

  • You understand carbon markets
  • You’re passionate about fighting climate change and other environmental problems — knowledge of permaculture, regenerative agriculture, or ecology
