Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success & Research Lead to help grow the [Figment staking] business and ensure the satisfaction of our institutional [Prime] customers.

This is a full-time remote position.
Figment has 26 employees, speaking 7 native languages, and are located across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
The preference for location is Western Hemisphere due to the client-facing nature of the role (between PST and EST timezones).

If you enjoy being client facing and learning how new blockchains/technologies work, this may be a good fit.
Simplifying complex concepts and presenting them is a key part of this role.

This cross-functional role will report to the Sales Team Manager and work with our finance, governance, marketing, and research groups. Critical that interested candidate is comfortable working in an unstructured environment, dealing with uncertainty, minimal direction, and working across a range of projects and functional areas.

  • Account management & Customer success for Prime Staking Institutional Clients
  • Onboarding and provisioning of new clients
  • Report creation and delivery for existing clients
  • Providing timely/relevant news, analysis, and updates to prospective and existing clients
  • Coordination and information dissemination between internal functional areas
  • Work directly with the Research team to identify, create and distribute ongoing original content and analysis
  • Assist Research team in new network diligence
  • Field calls with new networks to review opportunities
  • Review and summarize important network activity/events and share with customers and leads
  • Market research into specific blockchain networks & surrounding ecosystems
  • Take on individual staking related projects such as Governance Reports & Proposals


  • Strong attention to detail along with written & verbal communication skills
  • Personable and comfortable dealing with people on a regular basis – high EQ
  • High energy & conviction
  • Interest & flexibility to do sales related work (sales calls, prospecting, etc)

Bonus Points

  • 1-4 years in a qualified similar role
  • Previous experience in the crypto industry or similar
  • Basic technical programming skills (ie. comfort with using a CLI)
