Job Description
We are growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, to oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need to be creative and innovative to have the right people to come to work with us!
Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Source potential candidates through various channels and methods

Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Plan screening calls, interviews, and assessments

Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
Requirements
-
Proven work experience in a similar role, recruiting for a variety of positions (engineering, product, design, operations, etc.)

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
-
Creativity and flexibility when sourcing talent
-
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
